J&K Weather Update: "Erratic Weather Continues Till April 10," says MeT

Srinagar, April 6: The Meteorological Department has issued a weather advisory for Jammu and Kashmir, predicting erratic weather conditions till April 10. Partly cloudy skies are expected on April 6 with brief spells of light rain at few places.

Generally cloudy weather with intermittent light to moderate rain/snow at most places is likely on April 7-8, accompanied by thunder, hail, and gusty winds. Brief spells of light rain/snow are expected at scattered places on April 9-10.

The MeT has warned of possible thunderstorms, gusty winds (40-50 KMPH), and flash floods, advising farmers to suspend operations and travellers to plan accordingly.
