A record 1.538 million candidates appeared for JEE Main 2026 across both sessions, with 26 students achieving a perfect 100 percentile.
Hailing from Gurugram, Kabir Chhillar attributed his success to consistent hard work, faculty guidance, and rigorous self-analysis.
“After every test, I focused on identifying and improving my weak areas. Conceptual clarity and regular revision were key to my preparation,” he said. Kabir, who scored 98% in Class 10, aims to pursue B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Bombay and later study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
