Mian Altaf appeals for parole to allow Er Rashid to visit his ailing father

In a statement issued, Mian Altaf said Er Rashid’s father, Abdul Rashid Sheikh, is seriously ill and undergoing treatment. He urged the authorities to consider the case on humanitarian grounds and grant parole so that Er Rashid can meet his father.

“ This is a humanitarian issue. Every person has the right to be with their parents during illness,” Mian Altaf said, adding that Er Rasheed should be allowed to see his ailing father.(KNS)
