Encounter broke out between militants and government forces in Gadole area of Kokernag in South Kashmir's Anantnag on Wednesday.
Kashmir Zone Police tweeted: "Encounter has started in #Kokernag area of #Anantnag. Officers from Army and JKP injured. Details shall follow.
