Add’l Secy Rev presents his book to CS Dulloo

Srinagar, August 01: Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo was on Thursday presented with a book authored by Vishal Sharma, Additional Secretary, Revenue Department, J&K Government. The title of the book is "Wild Lilies in the Backyard". The Chief Secretary congratulated the author and complimented him on his contribution to the literary world.
