Haamid Bukhari Takes Charge as RoC J&K, Ladakh

Jammu, April 21: Haamid Bukhari on Tuesday assumed charge as Registrar of Companies (ROC) for the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh at the Bahu Plaza office in Jammu.

After assuming office, he reviewed the functioning of the department and discussed the nature of work being carried out.

He also outlined his approach for the functioning of the office in the coming period.

Bukhari took over from Rajneesh Kumar Singh, who was serving as Registrar of Companies, J&K since September 2024.

Singh, a 2010 batch officer of the Indian Corporate Law Service, was given a farewell by officials of the department on the occasion.
