Discussing Art 370 abrogation after SC verdict foolish: LoP Sharma

Jammu, Mar 04: The Leader of Opposition (LoP) and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Sunil Sharma on Tuesday said discussing Article 370 is foolish as the Supreme Court of India has legitimised its abrogation. Speaking to media persons here, Sharma said, "No assembly in the country has the power to overturn the decision of the Parliament regarding abrogation of Article 370. The LoP criticised the People's Conference (PC) Chairman and MLA Handwara, Sajad Lone for staging a walkout from the Assembly over the issue of Article 370. “Lone’s love for Pakistan has resurfaced again as his sasural (in-laws) are there," he said. "He (Lone) is frustrated after barely winning the election and is alone in the Assembly.”
