Er. Junaid Mir promoted as Executive Engineer PDD

Srinagar, Apr 09: Er. Junaid Ahmad Mir has been promoted as Executive Engineer and posted to Sub Transmission Division (STD) Sopore. Before this, he served as an Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) in various vital subdivisions.

 

A PSC-2007 batch electrical engineer started his career as AE in 2X1 MW Power House MHP Karnah. He was then posted as AEE in 3X35 MW Power House LJHP.

 

After rendering his services in JKSPDC he was repatriated to JKPDD & was posted as AEE in ESD Sheikh Bagh.

 

He also worked as AEE in ESD Khanyar, SSD Tangmarg and ESD Baghat Barzulla before being promoted as Executive Engineer. He has extensive experience in power Generation, distribution and public utility operations.

 

During his tenure as AEE he oversaw planning, supervision, and execution of electrical Generation, distribution works, ensuring reliable power supply, efficient maintenance, and compliance with safety and statutory norms. His responsibilities include coordination with field staff, operational monitoring, and addressing system and consumer-related issues.

 

With a strong grounding in field operations and administration, Er. Mir is recognized for his disciplined approach, technical competence, and commitment to improving power distribution & efficient public services. The public has hailed the government order for posting him in STD Sopore.
