Minor boy killed in Kangan accident

In a heartbreaking incident, an 8-year-old boy lost his life after being hit by a speeding vehicle in the Hariganiwan market area of Kangan on Sunday. According to the Sources, a Renault KIGER bearing registration number HR51CG/7761 struck the minor, identified as Afshan Shabir, son of Shabir Ahmad Thekry, a resident of Hariganiwan Kangan. The severely injured child was immediately rushed to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kangan. However, doctors at the facility declared him brought dead. Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further investigation.
