Recalls selfless service of martyr ADDC

Rajouri, Apr 18: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday dedicated a Memorial, Museum, and Library in Rajouri to honour the lasting legacy of martyr ADDC Dr Raj Kumar Thapa, who attained martyrdom during unprovoked shelling by Pakistan during Operation Sindoor.

The Lieutenant Governor paid tribute to Dr Thapa, recalling his selfless service and steadfast dedication to public welfare. "This memorial will inspire generations to come," he said.

The event also featured a documentary on Dr Thapa's life. Family members of Dr Raj Kumar Thapa and senior officials of security forces, police, and civil administration were also present on the occasion.
