Handwara, April 12: A cop from Handwara Police is being widely hailed on social media after a video went viral showing him filling potholes on the Handwara bypass.
The video, shared by several users, describes him as a compassionate individual after he was seen repairing the damaged road surface. In the clip, the policeman is seen actively filling potholes, an act that quickly drew public attention and appreciation.

The stretch along the Handwara bypass, which connects Kupwara to Baramulla, has developed several potholes over time.
