BJP Workers Join LG's Pad Yatra in Lal Chowk

Srinagar, May 3: Workers of the BJP’s Lal Chowk constituency on Sunday participated in a mega Pad Yatra led by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in Srinagar.

The rally, which began at Dalgate and culminated at Lal Chowk, saw the participation of party workers, volunteers and members of civil society, reflecting a collective push towards public awareness and social responsibility.

The Pad Yatra was organised as part of an ongoing campaign to sensitise people on key societal issues while promoting unity and collective action.
 

Speaking on the occasion, BJP leader Er. Aijaz Hussain Rather said such initiatives help strengthen grassroots outreach and public engagement. He added that the active involvement of workers from the constituency underlines their commitment to social welfare and support for government-led initiatives.
 

Participants interacted with the public during the march, making the event both engaging and impactful. The programme concluded with a signature campaign and a pledge by participants to continue working towards a more aware and responsible society.
