Senior Congress leader, Ghulam Nabi Azad on Saturday said that concerns of all the vulnerable communities must be addressed.
 
Reacting to the demands of Kashmir Pandits after the killing of Rahul Bhat, Azad said be it KPs, Muslims or Sikhs, the issues of must be addressed.
 
 He also said that delimitation commission's final report was aimed at benefitting some leaders.
