New rules opening window for corruption: LPJ

Jammu, Jan 28: Lashing out at the administration for introducing new rules for people to start construction works, LokJanShakti Party (LJP) ‘Ram Vilas’ chief Rafik Malik said that government making mockery of people of J&K.
In a statement, referring to the new rule, where people have to take permission for panchyat representatives or councillors for starting construction work, Malik said that this system “opened new window for corruption.”
“There is rampant corruption in Jammu and Kashmir. People are fed up with the administration and experiments of Union government,” Malik said.
“New laws and rules introduced in J&K on daily basis without any survey or need it seems central government make J&K a laboratory,” added Malik.
Rafiq Malik demanded immediate rollback of all such “anti-people” laws.
