It is time for women to start putting them selves first

Health needs and services for various population have come to forefront especially women's health. 
 
It's no secret women are leading busier lives than ever before and have a tendency to let themselves slip low on priority list.
 
How ever it is time for women to start putting them selves first and focusing on their health. 
 
Take these simple steps towards a longer healthier life.
 
1. Aim for 30 minutes of movement / day that is walking, jogging, dancing and swimming.
 
2. Eat a balanced diet fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish, nuts etc.
 
3. Manage stress with meditation, prayer, yoga exercises etc
 
4. Avoid known health risks which effect women differently as stroke, heart attack, osteoarthritis, UTI, signs of depression and  anxiety, Alzheimer's disease
 
Women have unique health issues and some of the health issues effect both men and women differently.
 
These include pregnancy, menopause, conditions of female organ.
 
They should also get recommended breast cancer,  cervical cancer and ovarian cancer and bone density screenings.
