Srinagar, Sept 09:
Ghulam Hassan Tak, a former employee of Degree College Sopore passed away here after prolonged illness. He was 66.

Survived by his two sons Abdul Majeed Tak (Assistant Director Fisheries Budgam) and Ghulam Nabi Tak (College of Education Srinagar) and two daughters, he was suffering from serious ailments for last two years. However, his condition deteriorated on Wednesday evening and was taken to doctor after which he passed away at his home at Chinar Sector Lane No 3 Baghi Mehtab, Srinagar. Tak was a pious man and was respected for his qualities. A large number of people joined the Nimaz-e-Jinaza of deceased and extended solidarity with the bereaved family.
His Rasm-e-Chaharum will be observed on September 12, 2010 (Sunday) at Baghi Mehtab grave yard at 10.30 AM. Rising Kashmir and Buland Kashmir has extended sympathies to the family and prayed for his soul.
