Nayak to proceed on GoI deputation, posted as MD NCDC

 The Government of India (GoI) Monday posted senior IAS officer of J&K cadre, Sandeep Kumar Nayak as Managing Director of National Cooperating Development Corporation (NCDC).
His deputation had been recommended by the State government.
Source told Rising Kashmir that the Department of Personnel and Trainings (DOPT), GoI, has ordered the posting of Nayak, currently Principal Secretary Agriculture Production department, as the new Managing Director NCDC.
Nayak, who hails from Odhisa, an IAS officer of 1988 batch, is likely to be relieved in a week’s time.
Meanwhile, the State government ordered transfers and postings in middle rung bureaucracy.
As per the government order, Narinder Singh Bali, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Doda was transferred as Special Secretary Information department.
As per the order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), Rakesh Kumar Srangal, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary to the Government, Housing & Urban Development Department, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in Chief Minister's secretariat.
Pankaj Raj Katoch, Additional Secretary Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary department of Forest, Ecology and Environment. He has replaced Sukhdev Singh Samyal.
Samyal was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary Floriculture, Parks and Gardens department.
Devinder Singh Katoch, under orders of transfer as Programme Officer ICDS Project, Doda, was posted as Director Land Management, Jammu Development Authority.
Vishal Sharma, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Hqr), J&K, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary Finance Department.
