Taking cognizance of a report published by Rising Kashmir on August 8 regarding delay in conduct of examinations and boards inability to stick to time limit in selection process, Jammu amd Kashmir Service Selection Board has geared up to release all the pending selection lists.
The chairman SSB, Simrandeep Singh informed that the board is committed to release final selection lists of more than 100 items/advertisements by the end of this month.
As per the board there are about 170 items that still await final results despite completion of all formalities. The board has released tentative result dates of about 30 items so far.
"We are within few days releasing a tentative schedule of declaration of selection lists of about remaining 100 advertisements/items," Singh informed.
Moreover, the board has started an email id for the quick redressal of the grievances from the aspirants. The aspirants can send their queries/grievances to firstname.lastname@example.org.The queries will addressed with few days, Chairman JKSSB told Rising Kashmir.
"The purpose of the email is to address the grievances of the aspirants promptly. Many candidates called me and told that no one replies to them on the telephone given on website. So I decided to create an e mail for them. Till now Board didn't have an e-mail address that was shared with aspirants for grievance redressal."
Simrandeep Singh, the recently appointed chairman told Rising kashmir that the aspirants don't need to visit the board as they can register complaints/ grievances in connection with recruitment online.
He further said that the queries from aspirants will be addressed within few days.
"I will personally monitor the email id on daily basis and the queries will be replied with few days."
