India must hold talks with Pakistan: Farooq Abdullah

Rising Kashmir News

Srinagar

National Conference (NC) patron Farooq Abdullah Saturday said that the Indian government must hold talks with Pakistan government because a part of Kashmir is also with them (Pak).

Commenting about JK Interlocutor Dineshwar Sharma, Farooq said that he has held talks, but talks alone is not the solution to Kashmir problem.

Farooq said that the Kashmir issue is between India and Pakistan.

He said the part which is with Pakistan belongs to Pakistan and this is India’s part.

“If they want peace government will have to talk to Pakistan and conclude that an autonomy be given to us as well as them,” he said.
