Amid escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, Authorities on Thursday announced that all schools, colleges and universities across Jammu and Kashmir shall remain closed on Friday and Saturday. In a post on X, J&K Education Minister Sakina Itoo announced, “All schools, colleges and universities in J&K to remain closed on 9th & 10th May as a precautionary measure. Stay safe."
