Jammu, May 16:
Jammu and Kashmir Government has slapped a penalty of Rs 10 lakh on a Hyderabad based firm Promuk Horffmann International Limited (PHIL) that was assigned with the task to affix temper proof number plats in over 9 lakh vehicles across the State.
